Tara is a Human Resources executive leader who is passionate about the intersection of people, organizations, and culture and the impact of nurturing and developing high-performing teams in business. A three-time Chief People/Human Resources Officer, her 20+ year career leading people and culture functions through organizational change spans an array of public and private entities in the tech, entertainment, gaming, media, education and non-profit spaces. Tara also serves as Deputy Director for SHRM California and Past President of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Tara has her Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from University of Massachusetts and holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

Susan is especially passionate about helping businesses navigate California labor law, ADA/FEHA, site closures, audits, and workforce planning. Susan led and mentored HR teams through high stakes moments, and always aims to bring clarity and calm where it’s most needed. Christine is the founder of Lynx Employer Resources, LLC, bringing more than 25 years of progressive HR, compliance, and training expertise to organizations across diverse industries. Known for her ability to build strong relationships and deliver practical, high‑impact solutions, Christine has designed and facilitated hundreds of training programs that strengthen productivity, elevate compliance, and improve workplace culture. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies from San Francisco State University, multiple HRCI and SHRM certifications, and an HR Management Certificate from Sonoma State University, where she teaches Talent Acquisition and Total Compensation. Christine is deeply committed to advancing the HR profession and her community. She serves as State Director for SHRM California and SHRM’s MAC Representative for the Pacific West Region, alongside previous leadership roles with Women for Wine Sense and several community organizations.
