Our Team
Tara is a Human Resources executive leader who is passionate about the intersection of people, organizations, and culture and the impact of nurturing and developing high-performing teams in business. A three-time Chief People/Human Resources Officer, her 20+ year career leading people and culture functions through organizational change spans an array of public and private entities in the tech, entertainment, gaming, media, education and non-profit spaces. Tara also serves as Deputy Director for SHRM California and Past President of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Tara has her Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership from University of Massachusetts and holds both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
Susan is an experienced HR leader with 20+ years of guiding teams through big transitions, complex compliance issues, and everything in between. Having worked across industries—from aerospace to healthcare to supply chain—building people-centered workplaces and making sure organizations stay on solid legal ground. Susan is especially passionate about helping businesses navigate California labor law, ADA/FEHA, site closures, audits, and workforce planning. Susan led and mentored HR teams through high stakes moments, and always aims to bring clarity and calm where it’s most needed. Cameron Scorer is a visionary and commercially minded HR Consultant with senior leadership team (SLT) experience and a proven track record of driving transformative people strategies. With deep expertise in strategic HR, digital transformation, and leadership development, Cameron partners with organisations to align people and business goals, unlock leadership potential, and embed progressive, people-first cultures. As both a business leader and trusted advisor, Cameron brings a forward-thinking yet practical approach to solving complex organisational challenges across diverse sectors.
Adam is the Business Operations Administrator at T4 HR, working part-time to support the company’s digital presence and internal coordination. In addition to managing T4’s social media platforms, he handles a range of behind-the-scenes responsibilities that help the company run efficiently. Adam brings a fresh, thoughtful perspective to his work—combining academic discipline with practical experience to keep T4’s messaging consistent, engaging, and on brand.
