Multi-Generational Decision Making in the Workforce Study

T4 is beginning a new study on cross-generational decision making in the workplace, and we are inviting individuals in HR, talent enablement, and executive leadership roles to participate. These roles sit at the center of how decisions are shaped, communicated, and understood across an organization.

Our research will explore how generational differences influence decision quality, speed, and alignment. The findings will support leaders who want to build cultures where diverse perspectives strengthen outcomes and accelerate progress.
